Very soon all residents, including those at the border, will have to take the antibody<\/strong> test<\/strong> . This will be free<\/strong> and available to everyone from 2 years of age. The Government<\/strong> has activated an online platform where you can register: https:\/\/coronavirus.govern.ad<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

It basically consists of being able to detect the degree of immunity<\/strong> that each individual has with respect to Covid-19<\/strong> . That is, whether they have already been infected or not. This test is carried out using a blood test<\/strong> , by pricking each person’s finger<\/strong> , which gives a result in 10 or 15 minutes. <\/p>\n\n

Antibodies<\/strong> , also known as immunoglobulins<\/strong> or more colloquially as defences<\/strong> , are used by our body, specifically the immune system<\/strong> , to identify and subsequently neutralise viruses<\/strong> or bacteria<\/strong> . It is therefore not surprising that they have seen that this test is suitable to be able to evaluate and guarantee the de-confinement protocols<\/strong> , since in many diagnoses, the detection of antibodies<\/strong> as a test to confirm a disease<\/strong> is more than routine. <\/p>\n\n

In addition to this, there is much talk about the physical and emotional consequences<\/strong> of confinement<\/strong> . Although here in Andorra<\/strong> , for example, we can at least go out for an hour a day, there are still many cities where it is not allowed, such as in Spain,<\/strong> even though this coming Monday they will be able to start, since it is still a physical and emotional necessity<\/strong> , especially for the little ones. <\/p>\n\n

Social isolation<\/strong> , especially for those who live alone, can cause anxiety disorders, sadness, insomnia and obesity<\/strong> . It is true that we have not reached any state of emergency<\/strong> or any curfew<\/strong> and this allows us to go shopping or go to work (some sectors), this in some cases releases a little the feeling of confinement<\/strong> , since people who live alone, as above all, can be older people, the only time of the day when they can socialize is when they go out. <\/p>\n\n

Then there is another case, which causes many moments of stress<\/strong> , such as all families who have small children<\/strong> , and have to live with their children at home, locked up and on top of that they have to work from home<\/strong> . Surely this situation generates friction and fights<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n

Almost all of us are going through moments of stress and anxiety<\/strong> , therefore it is very important to apply routines<\/strong> that keep us in relative control and a feeling of normality<\/strong> , and in the case of the little ones, include physical and leisure activities<\/strong> in this routine.<\/p>\n\n
