Ocean space habitat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Experienced divers know that they must return to the surface at any cost, since at certain depths there is no light, the pressure can be deadly and the oxygen tanks have a limited time.<\/p>\n\n<p>Michael Lombardi and Winslow Burleson are a National Geographic explorer and a professor at New York University who have created the first system for longer and deeper dives.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oceanopportunity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Flyer-OceanSpaceHabitat1.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ocean Space Habitat<\/a> is an inflatable maritime base camp, which allows a dry space underwater, in which to rest, take off equipment, change, eat, talk, and even sleep;<\/p>\n\n<p>It is easy to transport and can accommodate two people inside. Thanks to its carbon dioxide purifier and fans, the interior is supplied with oxygen for almost 6 hours. <\/p>\n\n<p>At the moment, it is only possible for scientific purposes, but in the future it will be possible for anyone who wants to use it.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cImagine if a tourist, normally limited to a one-hour dive, could stay underwater for longer during that magical transition from sunlight to dusk, with all the life that emerges.
