B.- The right to rectification and deletion may be exercised, in accordance with the following provisions, whenever the interested party considers that the data collected in our processing are inaccurate, incomplete, inadequate or excessive. In this case, they may exercise them through any of the means previously provided.
ASSAP ASSEGURANCES will proceed with the rectification or deletion within 10 days of receiving the request.
C.- The right to object may be exercised, in accordance with the following provisions, whenever the interested party wishes to oppose the processing of his or her personal data, whether the data is processed lawfully for legitimate interest or consent relating to advertising purposes.
